Initiate and manage new Chem- and Bio-defense initiatives, special, and translational S&T such programs as the CB’s congressional medical program, MIMIC and XCEL FIT (e.g., organ-on-a–chip and clinical-trial-in-test-tube). S&T acquisition(ACQ) level III (highest) certified, program management Level I Certified, and member of DoD ACQ Corps.Certified cGMP professionals since 2012
